SHIPPING POLICY

At Apsara – The Designer Studio, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely. Orders are shipped through Delhivery, subject to delivery serviceability for the customer's pincode.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful order confirmation and payment.
For customised, altered, stitched or specially made products, additional processing time may be required. The applicable timeline will be communicated to the customer where necessary.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders across India through Delhivery.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, serviceability, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The estimated delivery timeline and tracking information, where available, will be provided after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package weight, dimensions and applicable shipping service.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a Delhivery tracking/AWB number may be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout.
You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
Delhivery may make delivery attempts according to its applicable delivery procedures.
Customers are requested to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and that the registered phone number is reachable during the delivery period.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery or other customer-related reasons, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested after a failed delivery or return-to-origin shipment.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Apsara – The Designer Studio will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order has already been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
7. Damaged Package
Please inspect the outer packaging when you receive your order.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with or unusually opened, please record the condition of the package and contact us immediately.
For any claim involving a damaged or wrong product, a complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The unboxing video must clearly show:

The unopened package.

The shipping label and order details.

The complete opening of the package.

The product received.
-
The damage or incorrect product clearly visible.
The video should be continuous and recorded from the beginning of the unboxing process.
Claims for damaged or wrong products without valid unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, natural events, public holidays, technical issues, remote-location serviceability or other circumstances beyond our control.
Apsara – The Designer Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
